Each member district may select up to five free in-service training workshops, to be held at the school or community site. These trainings are available for staff, students and community members. MPY provides schools, law enforcement, and other community stakeholders with the strategies and skills necessary to help youth and their families. MPY offers workshops on a variety of topics including Internet safety, substance abuse prevention, restorative justice, anxiety, healthy teen relationships, and youth suicide prevention. Please see our workshops section for more information.
Most importantly, membership in MPY fosters partnerships to find long-term solutions to the social and legal issues faced by youth in our schools and communities. Together, we proactively confront health and safety issues with our youth.
Middlesex Partnerships for Youth, Inc. is proud to have been selected as a recipient of the Proskauer Rose, LLP Charitable Contribution since 2013. This charitable donation, earmarked for efforts in preventing domestic violence, has provided funding for the MPY Poster Project, honoring students who created posters raising awareness around issues of domestic violence, representing the four months which have been designated as national domestic violence awareness months. This contribution also funded our video series Teen Dating A to Generation Z: A Guide to Going Out, Breaking Up and Everything in Between. Middlesex Partnerships for Youth, Inc. thanks Proskauer Rose LLP for their generosity and efforts to prevent domestic violence.
MPY is also grateful to have received financial contributions from Enterprise Bank and Salem Five Bank.
