School Safety Summit: Recognizing and Responding to Today’s Terrorism Threats
October 3, 2017
Experts in counterterrorism from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and the Commonwealth Fusion Center (Massachusetts State Police) will offer current information on terrorism and the potential impact on local schools and communities. These presentations will include information on cyber threats and also how terrorist organizations use the cyber world to recruit new members.

COST: $50/members or $150/nonmembers
Special group rate for members: MPY members may bring up to 10 staff for $150.
PDPs are offered for all MPY professional development conferences. PDPs are issued for minimum of 10 hours through attending two linked conferences. To earn PDPs, you must attend this event and its companion conference in the spring.
Event Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend any MPY conference after registering, you must cancel online at least 48 hours prior to event. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. Conference no shows are also charged a fee. For assistance call MPY at 781-587-3411.
