High School Student Conference
Building Resiliency, Compassion & Gratitude
Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth (MPY) is inviting high school students from our member schools to join us for a journey of self-discovery. Led by experts, the goal of this program is to build resiliency, gratitude and compassion.
The day will be filled with interactive and hands-on experiences using mindfulness, self-awareness and movement exercises. Strategies for students to develop their own “positive self-talk” will be taught.
The impact of technology, including social media, on self- perceptions and comparisons to others will be explored. While we are all unique, we are also interdependent.
